Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the Hayeon Korean Skincare website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which supplement our general Terms of service.
1. Order Acceptance and Contract

Offer to Purchase: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.

Processing: We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Discretion: We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (including stock availability or pricing errors) at our sole discretion.

Cancellations: Please review your order carefully. Once an order is accepted, we are generally unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
2. Pricing and Payments

Final Price: Prices charged will be those in effect at the time the order is placed.

No Price Protection: We do not offer price matches or refunds if prices drop or promotions change after your purchase.

Payment Warranty: By submitting an order, you warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. If payment is not honored, we reserve the right to cancel the order automatically.
3. International Shipping (DDP)

Direct from Korea: All products are shipped directly from South Korea to the United States.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): We operate on a DDP basis. The total at checkout includes all international shipping, customs duties, and import taxes. You will not be charged additional fees by the carrier upon delivery. In the rare event that a carrier incorrectly assesses a fee at the point of delivery, you must contact support@hayeonskincare.com immediately. We will either settle the charge directly with the carrier or reimburse you in full upon receipt of a valid payment proof.

4. Personal Use Only

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use only and are not intended for unauthorized commercial resale.
5. Final Sale & Damaged Goods

Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of skincare, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damage Claims: If a product arrives damaged, you must provide photographic or video evidence to support@hayeonskincare.com within 5 days of the delivery date. Claims validated by our team will be eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Risk of Loss

Ownership and the risk of loss or damage pass to you at the moment the package is successfully delivered to the shipping address provided in your order.
7. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. For customers in the United States, any disputes arising from these sales shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration in accordance with our Terms of Service.
