Shipping policy

At Hayeon Korean Skincare, we bring the best of K-Beauty directly to you. All orders are fulfilled and shipped with care from our logistics partners in South Korea to the United States.

1. Delivery Timeline

We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

  • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 10 business days.

  • What’s Included: This window includes both order processing time and international transit.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates. While we work closely with our carriers, Hayeon Korean Skincare is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

2. All-Inclusive Pricing (Our DDP Guarantee)

We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for all orders shipped to the United States. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.

Your total at checkout includes:

  • The cost of the products.

  • International shipping from South Korea.

  • All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

Our Guarantee: You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the carrier upon delivery. In the rare event that a carrier incorrectly assesses a fee at the point of delivery, please contact support@hayeonskincare.com immediately. We will either settle the charge directly with the carrier or reimburse you in full upon receipt of valid payment proof.

3. Tracking & Risk of Loss

Once your package is successfully delivered to the shipping address provided in your order, the title to the products and the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We recommend monitoring your tracking number closely to ensure a secure receipt.
