Return and refund policy

At Hayeon Korean Skincare, we take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality K-Beauty products directly from South Korea to your doorstep. 

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products and for health and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including "change of mind" or skin sensitivity.

  • This policy applies regardless of whether the products are unsealed, opened, or used.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a refund strictly subject to the following cumulative conditions:

  • The 7-Day Window: You must report the damage to us at support@hayeonskincare.com within 5 days of the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier tracking).

  • Evidence Required: Your email must include your order number and clear, indisputable photographic or video evidence of the damaged product(s).

  • Validation: All claims will undergo a formal investigation. Reimbursement or will be granted once the claim is validated by our team.

Hayeon Korean Skincare reserves the right to deny any refund request if these conditions are not met.

3. How to Submit a Claim

If your order arrived damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the shipping box and the damaged items.

  2. Send an email to support@hayeonskincare.com with the subject line: Damage Claim - [Your Order Number].

  3. Our team will review your evidence and provide a resolution within 2–4 business days.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Do Not Return Items

As we work with international suppliers, please do not send your item back. Refunds are processed solely based on the evidence provided.
